Caswell Game Lands is a beautiful site of rolling hills with mixed woodlands and bottomland hardwood forest.
It has plentiful, nearby agricultural lands with good forage for the animal populations. In addition, the site has beaver ponds and managed waterfowl impoundments thus plenty of water for animals and fishing.
