Your current installation contains a package from rpmforge hence the. You're trying to replace that with a newer package set from a different repo but the packages are structured in a different way. You can either remove the current set of packages first - but that's likely to want to take out a bunch of other packages which depend on them, or you can try using yum shell to remove one set of packages and install the replacements in one transaction.
